Q.Are your mattresses new or used?
Every single mattress we sell is brand new and factory sealed. We never sell used, refurbished, or returned mattresses. They come straight from the manufacturer to our store to your home.
Q.How are your prices so low?
We keep our overhead low and work directly with manufacturers and distributors. We don't spend money on big fancy showrooms or national advertising campaigns. That lets us sell the same quality mattresses you'd find at the big chains for a lot less.
Q.Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! If you place your order before 2pm, we can deliver your mattress the same day. We deliver throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. Our delivery crew will bring it inside, set it up, and even take away your old mattress if you want.
Q.Is delivery free?
Delivery is free on all orders over $299. For orders under that, there's a small delivery fee that depends on your location. Give us a call and we can let you know the exact cost for your area.
Q.Do I need good credit to get financing?
Nope. We offer no-credit-check financing options. Bad credit, no credit — it doesn't matter. We work with customers of all credit backgrounds. Most people get approved within a few minutes right here in the store.
Q.What financing options do you have?
We offer several options: no credit needed plans, 90 days same as cash (no interest if you pay it off within 3 months), and low monthly payment plans starting at $25/month. We also accept all major credit and debit cards and cash.
Q.Can I try the mattress before I buy it?
Absolutely. Walk into our store at 3500 Frankford Ave and try out any mattress you want. Take your time — there's no pressure. We'd actually recommend coming in to try them out before you buy.
Q.What sizes do you carry?
We carry all standard sizes: twin, full, queen, and king. We also stock memory foam mattresses and box springs in all sizes. Pricing starts at $150 for a twin and goes up from there.
Q.Do you sell box springs too?
Yes, we carry box springs in all sizes starting at $70. You can buy them separately or as a set with your mattress.
Q.What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of mattresses, all sales are final once the mattress has been delivered and accepted. That's why we encourage everyone to come in and try out the mattress before buying. If you receive a defective product, the manufacturer warranty has you covered and we'll help you through the process.
Q.Do you have a warranty?
Yes, all mattresses come with the manufacturer warranty. The specific warranty terms depend on the brand and model. We can go over the warranty details with you when you come into the store.
Q.Where is your store located?
We're at 3500 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134. Our hours are Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.
Q.Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Greater Philadelphia area including Center City, South Philly, North Philly, Northeast, West Philly, Kensington, Fishtown, Germantown, Upper Darby, King of Prussia, Norristown, Bensalem, Chester, and all surrounding neighborhoods and suburbs.
Q.Do I need an appointment to visit?
No appointment needed. Just walk in anytime during store hours. We're here Monday through Saturday 9am to 8pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm.
